Shipping Information
We process your order the day it's received and we are try our best to ensure that purchases made by 12 noon Auckland (GMT+12:00) Monday through Friday are shipped within the same day.
Chinese Customers: Courier requires both name & address details in English and Chinese. Also your ID.

Inventory may be subject to availability. Inventory shortages will be reflected on your order status within 3 business days of initial order. During high volume periods, order processing may be delayed. This includes sales and special holidays. If an item on order is no longer available, this item will be removed from your order and a refund will be placed to your account. In this instance you will receive an email indicating the removed product and refund amount. All other items will be maintained and shipped based on standard shipping terms.

Returns/Refunds/Local Charges
Local charges may apply depending on the import rules for each country. If the parcel needs to be returned to us, we can resend to you, but you will be charged for a second delivery charge. This charge depends on the weight of the parcel, but normally around $40.
If you want a refund, we will charge you for the delivery charge to you and back to us.
